Tesla's popular Roadster Electric Supercar will be introduced later this year and its production will start next year. Tesla CEO Elon Musk has given this information in a post on his social media platform X. Come, let us know about it.
New update regarding Tesla Roadster
Elon Musk recently broke his silence about the Roadster, saying that the car's design is now complete and will be unveiled later this year, with deliveries expected to begin next year. Musk has claimed that the Roadster will accelerate from 0-60 mph in less than a second, outpacing the fastest production cars currently on the market.
Tesla Roadster launch delayed
The Roadster's development has been marked by delays and speculation since its initial unveiling. Orders for the vehicle were opened in 2017, with delivery scheduled for 2020. However, as Tesla focused its attention on other projects including the Cybertruck, work on the Roadster was put on hold. One of the most interesting aspects of the Roadster's redesign is the addition of the "SpaceX Rocket Thruster Option Package, which Musk claims will increase the car's acceleration, top speed, braking, and cornering capabilities. This option package would include 10 small rocket thrusters arranged around the car.
