 ICC Test Rankings Update: After England's victory over New Zealand and South Africa's victory over Sri Lanka, there has been a major reshuffle in the ICC Test rankings. England's Joe Root, who is at number-1 in the Test batting rankings with a rating of 895, is now in danger of losing his position. His teammate Harry Brook has come close to snatching the number-1 crown from him. Harry Brook played a century against New Zealand, after which he has jumped 2 places in the ICC rankings. New Zealand's Kane Williamson is in third place in the ICC Test batting rankings, while Daryl Mitchell is fifth, Rishabh Pant is sixth and Kamindu Mendis has jumped 2 places to reach seventh place.
