South Africa announced their 15-man squad for the upcoming T20 World Cup 2024, with Aiden Markram appointed as captain, who will lead the side for the first time in an ICC event.
The squad includes usual selections David Miller, Reeza Hendricks and Heinrich Klaasen, with the return of Anrich Nortje and Quinton de Kock, both of whom have been dropped from Cricket South Africa's central contract list. Ryan Rickelton and Otniel Baartman have impressed in the SA20 league to earn their maiden T20I call-ups.
