James Anderson is one of the finest active bowlers in English cricket. However, he is known for his exceptional bowling in Test cricket. But James Anderson also holds the record for most not outs in international cricket across all formats. At the time of writing (2023-June) holds the record for most number of not outs returning to the pavilion 152 in 392 matches
2. MS Dhoni - 142 Not Outs

Former India captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni holds the record for returning to the not-out pavilion for the second-highest number of times in international cricket history. Dhoni, considered the best finisher in the world, has scored an unbeaten 142 and 17266 international runs in 538 matches played in his career. Which included 10 centuries and 73 half-centuries. MS Dhoni is the only wicket-keeper batsman in the list of most not-outs in cricket.

3. Muthiah Muralidaran - 119 Not Outs

The third name in this list is of Sri Lankan great spinner Muttiah Muralitharan. He is third in terms of most number of not outs in International Cricket history. Throughout his career, Muralitharan batted at number 10 and 11, yet he remained not out 119 times in 495 matches. He scored a total of 1936 runs.
4. Shaun Pollock - 113 Not Outs

South Africa underestimated Shaun Pollock's batting, so he mostly batted at number seven or eight during his career. Pollock scored 5147 runs in 423 matches. Shaun Pollock returned not out pavilion 113 times in his career.
5. Chaminda Vaas - 108 Not Outs

Sri Lankan left arm fast bowler Chaminda Vaas has returned not out pavilion 108 times without losing a wicket. He has 5147 runs in 439 matches across all formats.
