For IPL 2023, each franchise has released a list of retained and released players. Many franchises have taken shocking decisions and some of their key players have not been retained. The released players from each team will participate in the mini auction to be held in Kochi on 23rd December this year and will be up for bid again. However, some teams have already exchanged players through the trade window before the mini-auction and now many players have changed teams.
