The schedule of the T20 World Cup 2022 to be held in Australia in the year 2022 has been released. Australia is the current T20 World Cup champion, so the next great match will be taking place at his own home. India and Pakistan will once again face off in the T20 World Cup.

The new T20 schedule has been released by ICC, T20 World Cup will start on October 16. While the Super-12 round will start on October 22, in which Australia will clash with New Zealand. Team India will clash with Pakistan on 23 October.

In the T20 World Cup 2022, Team India has been placed in Group 2 along with Pakistan, South Africa, Bangladesh, and two qualifier teams. India also had a match with Pakistan in T20 World Cup 2021, but Team India lost by ten wickets against Pakistan. This was the first time that India lost a match to Pakistan in a World Cup (T20) tournament.

Team India Warm-up Match schedule for T20 World Cup

According to the ICC, 15 warm-up matches will be played in 10 days between all the 16 teams participating in the T20 World Cup. During this, the Indian team has to play the first match against Australia on 17 October. Whereas the second warm-up match will be from New Zealand on 19 October. Both the matches will be held at the Gabba Ground in Brisbane.
