Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) Team Updates
Under the captaincy of Faf du Plessis, RCB became the fourth team to reach the playoffs. The teams entry into the playoffs was due to Mumbai Indians, who defeated Delhi in their final match and were eliminated from the race for the playoffs.
